Week 6: User Personas

Based on the survey results, the greatest opportunity for a target market can be identified by the following two user personas:

User 1:


Household income $100k+
Suburban
Family with children
Keeps up with new technologies
Incorporates sustainable practices into everyday life
Busy lifestyle
Worries about future for their children
--> This user would be an early adopter, who would be keen to use our platform to further their knowledge and then promote it to their friends and family.

User 2:

Early/mid 20s with moderate income
Interested in sustainable practices, but worried about cost factor
Doesn’t know where to start, faces overload of information
Grew up with smartphones, excessive marketing and consumption, fast fashion
Worries about their own future
--> This user would be part of the early majority, "giving it a go" because others have talked about it/recommended it. If they find it useful, they will continue using the platform.
